side projects.
- a few things i did in art foundation, at college.
full descriptions about each piece are on my deviant account.
"OUR FUTURE IN THEIR HANDS" - all the havoc and damaged we've inflicted on the earth is left for our descendants to deal with.
this is a poster on global warming.
i wanted to use a child cupping his hands, which symbolises the o-zone layer, and have the earth inside them to signify that its our children's children who will suffer for our actions.
"UNDER THE SKIN" silkscreens
the final image will be printed using silkscreens, and folded to represent a pull-out. this is the vector outlines i have done to be transferred on a screen.
*the brief*
the subject was 'under the skin'
-- we could approach it anyway we wanted - use whatever mediums, format, etc.
-- i chose to do an illustration emphasising the fact that under the skin, we are all the same. i did a lot of varaitions for this including puting placeholders on her skin for tattoos and piercings, or making it look like a painting by numbers thing. but i'll spare you all the details.

this is one of the numerous posters i've worked on for Dingle Community Theatre. Perform L8 is one of their projects aimed at the youth around the Liverpool 8 area.
